It is easy to get physically fit but it is very difficult to make our minds healthy. Why I say this, because every disease or every problem starts with our thoughts, emotions & feelings. On following the principles of Ayurveda and nature cure it is very easy to regain physical fitness but it is really challenging to educate the minds that actually play a key role in overall well-being. Thus a thorough counseling of minds is necessary for keeping oneself fit and enjoys disease free life. In today’s world when majority diseases are psychosomatic, mind training has become a necessity.

 

Counseling can encourage healthier living. Along with physical health, mental health of people cannot be forgotten. Indeed mental & physical health is closely related. There is a fine line to walk when we are trying to help a person improve his or her physical health alongside their mental wellbeing. In today’s modern world, people have forgotten the right & rich way of living which has led to depression, isolation, nuclear families and imbalanced lifestyle.

To cope up with the changing lifestyle, demanding jobs, night shifts, unhealthy eating habits, lacking healthy relationships and underlying health conditions an emotional support is often required to achieve the required balance. Therefore, at KIM WELLNESS we guide, educate and counsel people for happier and healthier lives. Our counseling sessions and mind training workshops are given one to one or in the groups both offline and online. We foster special care towards kids and young minds for which we collaborate with schools, colleges, educational institutions and universities to organize mind training workshops for youngsters and teens as they are the future of a nation.

 

Impact of Thoughts on Our Health - We Become As We Think. Thoughts have a close impact on our health. Bad thoughts leads to diseases and good ones cure them. A disease incurable by medicine can be cured by a feeling of being healthy. If one feels ill, one falls ill. Our perception attributes goodness or evil, negative or positive properties to everything.
